LISA KERR’S BACKGROUND
Prior to establishing herself as a developer and one of the North Shore’s premiere real estate agents, Lisa Kerr successfully practiced Interior Design in three states (Michigan, Florida and Illinois) and spent a very lucrative design career working with an impressive list of affluent customers (including the owner of 2 major-league sports franchises, a professional athlete and several wealthy entrepreneurs). She began her career in the Palm Beaches in Florida where she specialized in the design and furnishing of the very high-end homes of her affluent Palm Beach clientele. Ms. Kerr built her business very quickly through referrals to other prominent and influential customers, and in a few short years was one of the most successful designers of her kind in the area.
While practicing in Florida, her work was written up in a feature article and multi-page pictorial in Southern Accents, a national design magazine which highlighted her innovative design work on a multi-million dollar home on Jupiter Island. She started in Glenview Real Estate in 2002 with her husband Dave and quickly rose to the very top of the field earning inclusion in the prestigious President’s Club, and recognition as the Top Agent/Team in her Glenview office in 2006.
